Honestly to me it tasted very much like dove or duck.  Certainly not the worst wild game I ever ate, but nowhere near the best either.

The only way I'm willin' to eat either of those is stuffed with jalapeños, wrapped in bacon and smothered in mushroom gravy!

Well you may be in luck, the best way is filleted breast, tenderize it a little, wrap.it around a sliver of jalapeno, season it, wrap in bacon and grill it hot.  Of course duck, dove and maybe cat turds are edible that way.
