Members Emerald bass Posted April 29, 2020 Members Posted April 29, 2020 Fished over the weekend and caught several nice, mostly black/male crappie.  Could not get bit on standard crappie gear so started throwing 2.8 keitech for bass and the crappie started biting.  Mostly 1/2 to 2/3 back in cuts and creeks on the flat banks...many nice bass too 😎 nomolites, magicwormman, m&m and 8 others 11

willyfish Posted April 29, 2020 Posted April 29, 2020 Who needs standard crappie gear! I'll continue to say it, this lake has some giant crappie in it. The Rock is by no means a good crappie lake and if I was targeting them I would go elsewhere but its hard to argue with the quality that swims in the lake. dtrs5kprs and Quillback 2
