I got my Bighead Carp (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis)

Today. I drove to Bagnell Dam and got it done. I saw a Silver Carp caught, but time ran out.

I thought I smelled something foul in the breeze this morning. THAT explains it.   I was afraid that maybe a cat crawled up in one of these boats and died, or something.    🙄

Great job!  This helps me immensely.  That is roughly the same size of the fish I caught that I suspected some were Silver Carp and some were Bigheads.  The mottling on your specimen is very obvious, mine were not like that.  So, all the Asian Carp I caught (3 foul-hooked, 2 that hit flies), were all Silver Carp.
