After the weekend rain missed the northern watersheds we gave the Lil Sac a try. We knew we were way late but still ended up with enough for a fish fry.

On my way to KC I decided to take a little detour and spend an hour at Poague Conservation Area.

You should. It's a cool little area. I need to get up there with a kayak and do a little more exploring.
