I had 10,000 shotgun shells. I think I'm down to 2,500 or so. It wasn't something I planned. Be cooler if I still hunted I guess.

I hate how the media sensationalizes and vilifies anyone who has ammo and firearms.  “Hundreds of rounds of ammunition”..etc.  Who has been brainwashed?  I know lots of folks who have....

These days anyone who wants to be able to enjoy shooting on a regular basis needs thousands of rounds of ammo on hand.   It does not take much to have “thousands of rounds” of ammo on hand if you include rimfire and shot shells.  All of these, as well as centerfire,  have been difficult or impossible to get for over a year, along with reloading equipment, components, and anything else shooting related.  Is this due to the threat of a liberal congress?  The ‘Rona?  I don’t know for sure.  I do know that if your hobby involves shooting(sporting clays, target shooting, or just plinking) it is common to go through hundreds of rounds per day afield.  I shot in a sporting clays league for several years and I would easily burn 2-400 rounds a week.  Take a couple kids shooting .22s and you will eat up hundreds of rounds in a day.

Do I have 10,000 rounds?  Nah, I got nothing.  I was just talking about other folks who enjoy shooting.

They do it to everything. That's why I can no longer watch any of it. Even the weather is way over the top. Sports is as bad as any meltdown on the big political networks. Over sensationalizing everything is the American way.

They've got ya though, ya gotta listen😲.     It's like having a dog on the front porch, he might just be completely loosing his mind because a leaf blew across the yard..... But you never know!!!!  Gotta get up and go see. Just might be a team of Ninja's robbing props and Livescope units from the boats.

I don’t. I might see what’s happening locally or the headlines for all the National stuff but I’ve quit. So much better content out there that might actually inspire me to do something worthwhile than to continue to be connected to the matrix.

Thank you!  If I get in trouble I will be portrayed as a gun and ammo hoarder I'm sure.

           This first thing I have to admit is I am an ammo hoarder. Isn't that the first step to recovery? There are 19 tins of pellets here. Some others are missing because I have cleaned and have stuff stored in them. So each of these tins hold 500 .22 or 350.25 caliber pellets. Everyone of these are empty. Do your own figuring I don't have that many fingers and toes. Each of these pellets are gone in a puff of air. I might have that many full in my ammo dump.  Lets just say I  have a couple three tins missing. Right here is 380 bucks in this stack gone in a puff of air,

I'm still in denial because I make the excuse that I hate change. so when I get my rifle sighted in with the ammo that it likes to shoot I will stockpile that brand. When the first .22 shortage began, I would pick up a box or two every time I see them on the shelf. Since we moved and the majority of the ammo is still in a box, I really don't know how many rounds there might be. Still not admitting to hoarding
