It's been awhile since I've eaten a mess of Green bass.    I should knife some myself just for a change.  👍

Let's see that tattered Froggy !

They tend to be fishy tasting.  I like bluegills, they are almost like frog legs.

I'd eat a lot more fish if they tasted like Jersey steer, but if you eat fish that doesn't taste fishy, something is wrong with it.

Walleye, Halibut, Mahi mahi ?

I never understood it when people say they don't like fish because it tastes "fishy" 🙄

What the hell do they want it to taste like?

They may not taste like salmon, but do they taste like more like spinach or fish?

Of those three, I've only eaten halibut and it was like eating fish, was it not supposed to be? I loved the restaurants in New England, they always put really strong vinegar on the table when serving fish. Amazing how vinegar improves the stuff.

My halibut didn't tasty fishy, walleye have a great texture but not a fishy taste. Mahi mahi is just the best.
