We have one and I wish they would tell us to remove it and get it out of the lake. That would be the best possible news.

Bill, ya know that someday we could be too old to trailer and launch a boat at the ramp and yet not so old as to operate a boat off of a lift and therefore have a few more years to enjoy the lake.  However, in my case I would be stuck at the dam area where there are no fish.

I like to do lots of other things, so when and if that day happens, I'm fine with it. 

I get so tired of all the bitching and complaining about docks I can't stand it. 

Absolutely nothing but a hole in the water to throw money into. 

We have had a dock here for 50 years and I  have not used it 50 times. Probably will never use it again.

It's an internet forum ... where people are encouraged to express their opinion. 

One thing I love about fishing Bull Shoals when I get over there is the relative freedom to fish the natural features of the lake without being blocked by docks.

We've sorta wandered off course . . . . from the difficulties dealing with the Corps . . . . their commissions and omissions in explaining their requirements, and doing so in a timely manner.
