California has also mandated by 2022 no more gas powered lawn mowers, weed eaters and leaf blowers for sale in the state.

They are gonna regret that.

If not before the next big forest fire..... immediately after.

I do love the CA health warnings on fishing rods that state that one or more components are known carcinogens. So glad for that warning, because I would hate to eat my fishing rods and then get cancer 😂!

Really!

What is their actual reasoning for all those warning labels?  It's as if they are accepting responsibility for every potentially harmful substance on earth.

If they don't warn you and you become ill,   are they somehow responsible and ordered to compensate you?

Possibly million$ are spent annually on those stickers that NOBODY pays any attention to.

Are people really that ignorant?  (nvmd don't answer) 🙄

One of my neighbors has an electric mower. I love that thing. I've been thinking of getting one in the spring. But our lawn isn't so large that battery life would be an issue. Plus just getting rid of the noise would be awesome. I started using battery powered weedeaters and blowers a long time ago. Only sucks when I forget to plug the batteries in.

I'm fairly confident all new residential construction in Cali has to be all electric no natural gas. As if their grid can handle the load now.

That place has a lot of issues. Beautiful place, way too many people.

I know that there has been discussion of splitting CA into two or.more states. Lots of discussion in Oregon to split out the more rural parts of the state to merge with Idaho.
