I know guys that say that if you're not afraid of handling your broadheads when bowhunting that they aren't sharp enough😉. Similar principle. Daryk Campbell Sr 1

Tackle warehouse shows Daiitchi Death traps, ive always been a fan of those too https://www.tacklewarehouse.com/Daiichi_Death_Trap_Round_Treble_Hook_5pk/descpage-DAIDTHK.html I was once able to find them in bulk packs of 100 but no longer. They're really expensive by the 5-pack but probably still worth the price.

I just dont know how i feel about red hooks I seemed to have some more success with using red hooks on the front of my jerkbaits for brown trout. Using red hooks (either trebles or single EWG hooks with plastics) for bass didn't seem to make a noticeable difference. dtrs5kprs 1

abkeenan Posted March 19, 2022 Posted March 19, 2022 I really only use Owner (Stingers) or Gammy (round bend or EWG) replacement trebles. They are as sharp as you can get, don't bend out and I've never had an issue with corrosion. The KVD Mustads are also acceptable. All are a quality hook. Not a fan of VMC, cheap Eagle Claw or some of the other brands. Trokars are nice but too rich for my blood. Heard that Berkley fusion trebles are good for the money but I've not tried them myself. magicwormman and dtrs5kprs 2
