techo Posted March 30, 2022 Posted March 30, 2022 Took my friend Robert out yesterday. He is the Park Ranger who was shot six times last November. He has very limited use of his hands but is an avid fisherman. Caught around ten little ones. Mostly Ned rig and one on squarebill. They were in 12-18 feet of water. Water temp was between 49 and 52.5. Picture is of the first fish Robert has caught AND reeled in himself since being injured. Great day! Quillback Posted March 30, 2022 Posted March 30, 2022 I had not heard of this shooting until now, here's the story (ad heavy): Good to see he has gotten back out there fishing! Bassin4fun Posted March 30, 2022 Posted March 30, 2022 I am so glad he is doing well! Thanks be to God. I met Robert one day when I was at Lake Springfield getting ready to go kayak fishing. We talked for quite a while about fishing. He was very nice and I enjoyed talking with him. We always waved to one another after that as well. I was shocked when I learned he had been shot. magicwormman, techo and dtrs5kprs 3
