      Hey you all,

Taking a shot in the dark here hoping one of you might have a line on one of the sizes I need. I am trying to build a set of "Arc Wagner" skillets. They were made size 5 through 12. I am missing the 5, 6, and 11. Really easy to identify because marked really well. I would prefer the exact type pictured but would take a variant. The Wagner word is in an arc but could be straight. thumbnail_ATT00001 (1).jpg    No size mark on top of handle,

thumbnail_ATT00001 (2).jpg   The underside of the handle has a rib, and all have a heat ring,

thumbnail_ATT00001.jpg    If anyone has one that they would part with cash or would like to trade for another brand or size skillet you might want I can do that too. If you run across one, please let me know. I realize there is EBAY. Sorry to maybe offend some sellers that may be on here, but that place is crazy. Lonely skillets looking for their brothers and sisters :)

Try some local antique shops, most have cast iron skillets. Or you might get lucky going to estate sales.

Yes, do both of these thanks for your input. Have a couple places in town we check on often.   Garage sales are hit and miss but find other junk we don't need. A few auctions where I have learned to take a chair or bucket to sit on while waiting for an item, I want to bid on comes up. Do have a couple friends who collect that I trade with. We all have a wish list that we share and try to find what each of us are looking for.

I'll keep a look out for any in those sizes. I know one place that might have one or two and maybe in those sizes. They will be cleaned up already and likely pricey. Text me a price range that you would consider.

I have seen a couple on Facebook market - but I have no idea if they are priced right or a total ripoff. What price range would be reasonable?

Thanks for asking @cheesemaster . Like most things as you know condition, condition, condition. To me in cruddy need to be cleaned the five and six I would go forty each as I'm really wanting them. Then restored maybe fifty. And I want no pitting on cooking surface or chips or deal breaker cracks. Look hard for cracks especially the crud coated ones. Run fingernail around rim and feel for snags. Inspect close and really check at handle junction. The 11 is going to be more difficult to find. 60 max taking a chance under crud there will be bad blemishes. I feel guilty I paid 100 including shipping for the 9 but it cleaned pristine IMO.  Please keep looking if you have the chance and keep my in mind,

Great info - I sure will spend some time looking for what you need. If I find anything close I will DM you.

I think I got hit with a # 5 one night while courting my wife.

You were born 1 generation too late.

Before there were #5 cast iron skillets you could just grab one by the hair and drag her to your cave.
