Quillback Posted July 5, 2022 Posted July 5, 2022 Just on the other side of the bridge from Kimberling City. They've cleared the trees off, looks like a great view from the top. Not for me, I bet it will take some major coin to buy in. WILDERNESS MOUNTAIN - Home (wildernessmountaintablerocklake.com) snagged in outlet 3 1
snagged in outlet 3 Posted July 5, 2022 Posted July 5, 2022 Somebody bulldozed the hillside by Emerald Point in Clevenger Cove. My real estate agent said the big interest now is building the 5-6-7 bedroom or more lodges for rental. Crazy! I wouldn't want to be the one holding the bag if the bubble in that market pops.... It does seem hard to believe there would be much demand for renting these lodges.
rps Posted July 5, 2022 Posted July 5, 2022 The demand exists in the right locations. This would be spec as to location and market survival. Note, the person that buys after the bubble burst will have a better bet. Terrierman 1

WILDERNESS MOUNTAIN - Home (wildernessmountaintablerocklake.com) Not for me either. Smallest floor plan offered was 5 bedrooms - no way am I doing anything like that!! m&m Posted July 5, 2022 Posted July 5, 2022 Most of those are called “reunion houses”. It appears there is a market for large home rentals so the whole family can stay in one home. Some of the developers are building them and selling them to investors. The developer will then manage the nightly rental. Happening all over Table Rock area. top_dollar Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 It seems a bit ironic that they clear all the trees from a hillside, turn it into a resort overlooking a dock lined man made reservoir and then call it "wilderness mountain". bobby b., vernon, Quillback and 3 others 5 1

One of the successful guys that bought built and sold a lot of houses and lots both ready to build on and raw land had his theory. Be the third man in. snagged in outlet 3 and rps 2
