Actually, I think it's an attempt to slow the spread of the invasive rusty crayfish. If you don't transport ANY crawdads to different waters, you can't transport the bad ones.
Gavin Posted March 23, 2023 Posted March 23, 2023 Agree with Al, rusty crawfish were sold at bait shops and replaced local crawfish populations in allot of areas. Don’t transport live bait. Catch it were your gonna use it, if you use it. Have the kids cast net or set a minnow jar, flip rocks for craws, worm rod some crawlers. It’s fun! bfishn and Quillback 2

Need some competition against the multiple species anglers on the fly rod front although the Hamanator might be on your tail or passed you. I could get in on this but don't have the drive yet. Think I would have to give up a hobby to start another. Nipping at my heels currently, and I've no doubt he will pass me soon enough, on 2023 Fly AND Lifetime Fly numbers! BilletHead 1
