Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted March 24, 2023 Root Admin Posted March 24, 2023 So far the King River is the only spot not affected by the rain - SO FAR. Supposed to rain most of today. But 4+ inches so far over most of Table Rock. That should equate to a 4-5 foot rise. MickinMO, Quillback, bfishn and 3 others 5 1
Quillback Posted March 24, 2023 Posted March 24, 2023 Thanks for posting that, I was curious where the bulk of the rain went. Roaring river must be, well, roaring. MickinMO, cheesemaster, magicwormman and 1 other 4
Dutch Posted March 24, 2023 Posted March 24, 2023 We’ve had 2 1/2 so far. We are the dividing line where 1/2 goes to Table Rock and the other half goes to Stockton. magicwormman and Terrierman 2

Quill, if you get bored today, you ought to grab your frog toggs and a box of crawlers and head to Tiree. Go back to the very end of the lake where the normally dry ditch will be running water in. Should be able to get a good mess of channel cat in a short time. It'll last till the creek slows or the sun comes out. That's where I'd be if it wasn't for my j.o.b. Daryk Campbell Sr 1 I can't dance like I used to.
Bill Babler Posted March 24, 2023 Posted March 24, 2023 SK Is the same as Dutch reported about 2.5 from last nite at 8pm. It’s just pouring here now however. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Terrierman Posted March 24, 2023 Posted March 24, 2023 3.81" yesterday. 4.03" for the last seven days. This is the culvert my soon to be new neighbor put in his soon to be repaired driveway. I warned them when they put it in that area saw a lot of water. Should have listened. There are a lot of trees down blocking roads. Way too many for the County to take care of very soon so neighbors are out with chainsaws, bobcats and tractors. Quite a storm here. There are leaves and dirt blown onto all four sides of the house. Never seen anything like that before. cheesemaster, BilletHead and Quillback 3

Thanks, I am tempted, I used to like catching cats, but just don't have the desire to go out and get them like I used to. bfishn 1
Quillback Posted March 24, 2023 Posted March 24, 2023 It's raining here pretty good right now. Bella Vista is drained by Little Sugar which eventually sends that water to Grand lake, but what storms here usually moves NE towards the TR area. Looks like the Kings drainage is getting some now too.

It doesn't get any easier than that deal. ~200ft walk from the truck (wear boots). If there's already someone there, the same thing happens at Granton & Stoneykirk to a slightly lesser degree. I can't dance like I used to.
Dutch Posted March 24, 2023 Posted March 24, 2023 I just talked to my daughter. She couldn’t get home last night as Spring Creek was out of its banks and over the bridge in Hurley. She made it this morning. There is a lot of water heading to James River. grizwilson 1
