Heck no.  It's just to sit in and carry a bit of tackle.  Depending on where in my 21 days on then 7 days off of chemo pills I am not too bad or wobbly as a blind, drunk guy with a prosthetic leg, so parking my butt in a bucket keeps me from making a splash into the cold cold water.  However with a trash bag in it, certainly could be pressed into service as a pooper.

All anyone needs is three poles, a small bag of terminal tackle, 2 liters of Dew, a box of crawlers and a bucket.

A boat cushion makes those milk crates quite tolerable.
