Maverickpro201 Posted September 10, 2023 Posted September 10, 2023 Did anyone see what I saw last night in the sky about 8:45 pm last night? Took the dog out and was looking at the stars and boom it showed up. Do not know what it was. There were 20 to 21 white lights close together, in single file, tracking mostly to the east. No noise coming from these objects. Then the lights on the objects went out one by one and disappeared. Anyone know what these things were or see them? The news has said nothing and I know I could not be the only one that saw them.

Mountains generated several thunder heads that stuck around all afternoon. Probably Starlink internet space pollution flying over, I think they are all in a line. Members GotaFish Posted September 10, 2023 Members Posted September 10, 2023 You were not the only one who saw this last night. I saw it at 8:42 PM near my home in Truxton, MO. I was driving on Highway A and pulled over to watch in amazement as it flew over. I Googled and determined they were a string of Starlink satellites.
Maverickpro201 Posted September 10, 2023 Author Posted September 10, 2023 GotaFish. Glad you saw it also. I thought that maybe it was the 4 or 5 Margarita's I had while I was smoking dinner, using my New Pit Boss/ bfishn 1
fishinwrench Posted September 10, 2023 Posted September 10, 2023 Makes the 3rd time we've seen them here. Always on the same SE course, right over my neighbors house. I hope they are getting their money's worth out of that. 🙄

They APPEAR from my yard to be right over my neighbors house, that is South of me, and heading SE......but let's face it, they are probably 200 miles one way or the other. I'm just relating to the path they always follow from my perspective. The first time we saw them I messaged a friend that has 2 kids at Whiteman and asked "what was fixin' to go down" ? 😅 tjm 1
Quillback Posted September 15, 2023 Posted September 15, 2023 Seen it twice, flies right over the house. Look way out in front for whatever is towing the string, I assume some sort of rocket, but it is way out in front.
