Had a guy I thought was a good person.

He had a Job building a barn.  I recommended him.

Well the guy wasn't going to pay him until it was done. This guy gave him a sob story he needed the money.  The guy paid him and he was gone. Of course it came back on me.

Then the other day he got caught stealing thousands of dollars worth of gas.

Ok he is going down.  Oh nice he tried taking my wife down with him. But she is like what I never did this.

Setting here bored.

Yeah, the few that have turned on me were the ones I trusted. Never gave the others a chance.

I can't dance like I used to.

I was thinking pay fine and restitution and 5 - 10 years probation.

Not that simple they caught 5 for the same thing and I know one is looking at time.

So none will get probation.

His wife was working in Branson.

He was filling up personal vehicles with company Gas Card.

If the "company" allowed that to go on long enough to add up to "thousands" then that charge (if actual charges were filed) will get thrown out.    Just needs to keep his mouth shut.

The "company" is responsible for who they allow to use their credit accounts, and if it took them that long to catch it then their book keeper needs to be reprimanded.

On the barn deal......if there's no contract then he has his whole life to finish the construction.  Again, just needs to keep his mouth shut.

The reason the court dockets are so full is because they are filled with stupidity.  And it's wasting tax payer dollars.

It's like let him deal with it but don't turn your back on him.

Had a guy working for me knew I would be in Church Sunday.

He walked through the woods stole my firearms and like an idiot i didn't have serial numbers.

Told him what I thought about it been the best friend you could ask for every since.

That’s not how it works in the real world.

"it".... meaning The Law ?

Oh yeah it does.   Providing the accused doesn't freely admit, or it can be proven, that they gained access to the account fraudulently.

fishnwrench if he violated company policy, he can go down for it.  It doesn't matter how much time has gone by or who overlooked it.
