fishinwrench Posted March 19 Posted March 19 5 hours ago, aarchdale@coresleep.com said: Why would you fish it if it sucks so bad dude??????. Can't speak for RB but when I was tournament fishing I only took a day off when I had them dialed-in solid, and was strokin'em. The tougher it got....the harder & longer I fished. I sure don't miss that grind. 😉
Bill Babler Posted March 19 Posted March 19 OMTT no A-Rig. They caught them on a jerk bait and a Dimiki on docks. Sunday A-rig same cove same docks. Close to 57 pounds in two days from the same location. Fantastic weekend for them. Congrats. Sunday was a bite fest. snagged in outlet 3 and STLbassbuster 2 http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
aarchdale@coresleep.com Posted March 20 Posted March 20 And he said they were done fishing both days by 10. Hard to upgrade when you have those kind of weights snagged in outlet 3 1
willyfish Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I read these two guys were both 19. I think the kid that won at Lake Fork earlier this year was 19 too. When you have low 50s wind and clouds and its pre spawn this will become more common with FFS. It's the perfect recipe and the stars were aligned. Experience and time on the water is not a prerequisite for success these days. Hats off to them. It's a different ballgame now.
