Flathead and channel cat love moving baits from crappie jig size to crankbaits.  Just blind luck that a bighead sucked it in.  But at least he made good use of it, fertilizer.

He lives in my town, but I don't know him.   Them bighead and silvers have really taken over my local ditch, and I'm not happy about it.   I bought a bow fishing rig, but haven't been able to get out to use it properly.

I stand corrected.  I've caught the occasional dumb one on lures, but I had no idea folks actually targeted them that way.  Shows what I know lol.
