Where are the insects ?

We just got back from the Keys.  I'd trade Missouri bugs for Florida Iguanas - and Pythons that have taken raccoon, opossum and bobcat populations down > 90% in the everglades -all night long.

Kill a few and shuck the hides off of them.  Make some nice boots.

I want to do an air gun iguana hunt down there.

The bugs are gradually coming back now.  

That little break from them was kinda weird.....but it was nice !    A place where there are no flys, mosquito's, ticks or chiggers WOULD BE nice !

Actually reading that there are like 72 +/- insects in the arctic including mosquitoes. Norway and Antarctica does not.  I haven't been to any of these places to verify.

Well if the HAARP people could figure out how to replicate the weather pattern we had here in my area the last couple weeks....they could create the PERFECT environment for us humans.    

Absolutely lovely, yet none of the most annoying, and troublesome insects.

I was surprised was in Minnesota and the Mosquitoes were far worse there than anywhere I had been.

That is one thing about down by them trailers. I'm sure the Bugs are bad.
