The motor is a 1984 model, boat is about the same.   Kept on a hoist under a dock, and is in really good shape.

The crackhead kid ran it without oil while Dad's health was failing, and toasted the powerhead.   I'll end up owning it eventually, but I'll probably have to claim it as "abandoned" to get titles.  They owe me some money but have stopped returning my calls. 🙄 It has been here since last April.

From the looks of these questions I see that crackheads aren't as rare as I thought !

We are talking about a 1984 Evinrude 115 here.  😁

You mentioned older type boat. How a about a kenzie. The hull is exceptional. Got 75 mercury with trim. Very easy to fish out of. All you need is right up front.

Livescope, ultrex, 10 and 9 inch garmin, lsmount.  smooth stick steering. Inside has original storage box and small livewell.  Also built in 7 foot rod box and tackle storage. Good trailer but could use some tlc.  Considering what it has on it I'm asking 8500.

Thanks for showing that.  That's a good looking boat, but I don't think it will meet what I need. I have to have a lighter boat as I have to turn the thing around and back it up to the garage by hand; there's not enough room to turn it around while hooked up to the 4Runner.  Also, I"m thinking I'll be trolling quite bit until I learn the lake; I've not fished Truman much, and that will be my new home water.

What I'm looking at is a 16 Lund/Crestliner/Alumacraft/Lowe/GIII with a 50-hp or less.  Would like a side console and decent livewell as well as a flat floor.  Your Kenzie looks like it fits most everything-- except the bit about an aluminum hull and perhaps weight.
