Get up, go pee, get dressed, brush teeth, make coffee, take the dog out, drink coffee & smoke a cig while checking the weather report/lake level, eat breakfast, go poop, make phone calls & answer text messages (often while pooping), open up the shop,....... Day after day after day after day.....Year after year after year......... Good Grief! 😂 snagged in outlet 3 1

Not just old, but tired of the BS associated with living. 😅 Have you heard of the 44/60 theory? The 44/60 theory is based on a study that found that people experience two periods of rapid aging, around age 44 and again at age 60. fishinwrench 1
snagged in outlet 3 Posted Tuesday at 12:15 PM Posted Tuesday at 12:15 PM The study recommends that people exercise more frequently and adopt a healthier diet to counteract the effects of these major aging "waves". Daryk Campbell Sr, fishinwrench, slabseeker and 1 other 2 2

Every morning at 7, I pee like a champion.” “Can you poop?” The second man asks. “Yes I can! Each morning at 8, I have a regular bowel movement.” “Then I don’t understand what the problem is!” The first man says. “Well, I don’t wake up until 9!” BilletHead, Daryk Campbell Sr, fishinwrench and 3 others 2 4

In some cases physical, and in others it's mental. And in most cases it is a combination of the two. I went through a period when I hit 30 where I felt like I hadn't accomplished as much as I should have, but that was a positive thing because it turned a page that needed to be turned. Now at 61 I'm bothered by a drastic drop in energy and enthusiasm. Physically I feel fine, but the enthusiasm and energy I have is noticeably decreasing. Is it "Long COVID"? Is it my lifestyle ? Or is it just natural aging ? Whatever it is I really want to get past it. I see 70+ y/o guys hopping around like grasshoppers......and I wanna be one of THOSE guys. 😅 Daryk Campbell Sr and snagged in outlet 3 2

ness Posted Tuesday at 06:28 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:28 PM Seasonal affective disorder. We’ve been through a crappy winter, on top of the normal short days. I went into a funk a couple weeks ago but have rallied back by staying busy. Sposta get snow tonight. Yippee! tjm, BilletHead, snagged in outlet 3 and 3 others 6 John
snagged in outlet 3 Posted Tuesday at 07:02 PM Posted Tuesday at 07:02 PM My daughter came over for dinner last night and we were all quiet. Not the usual happy banter. I looked at her and said "Monday", she replied back "Monday in winter".....😆 ness, fishinwrench and Daryk Campbell Sr 2 1

Both of which are #2 and #1 on my least favorite ways to die list. First on my yest list is peaceful and in my sleep, like Grandpa. Not yelling and screaming like the people riding with him. That ending snuck on me and made me bust out laughing. 🤣 Anthony Linhardt
