I have 4 different temperature measuring devices, and since they all indicate differently there's no sense in discussing the values.......But one consistency among them is that our hottest day so far this year has been 8° warmer than the hottest day last year.

Sunday and Monday here exactly 100* on 3 different thermometers. And Rain has gone around us for 3 days

101 Sunday and 103 here yesterday.  And then we nearly got rained on.  Dropped 15 degrees in about ten minutes.  Brutal.

Did not think so for sure.  It did rain at the house last evening, not a lot, rained hard for about 10 minutes.
