That is disgusting. Hope they somehow catch the guy. There was a similar incident at Dry Run Creek a few years ago. Some jerk was notching the tails of fish his kid caught.

I think it would add a cool element to tournament fishing if culling had to be determined BEFORE you put a fish in the livewell.    

Once you put the fish in the box it has to be part of your limit.  And once you add #5 you're done.

That's how it works for real anglers.

Kinda creative really.   That person will make a good tattoo & piercing artist if they ever get to prison.

My guess it is someone who has gotten a citation from MDC for paddlefish poaching, selling caviar, etc.

Spoonbill are right in line behind Asian Carp as far as I'm concerned.  🙄

I doubt that anyone would get upset about somebody carving one of them up.
