  1. Sometimes it doesn't matter how well you treat your "partner", you'll still be "a jerk" at the end of the day. In a draw Pro-Am tournament one spring I was catching fish behind docks, so I told my non-boater to join me on the front deck so he could get some shots in. He says, "No that's ok, I can't shoot a bait into those tight spots like you're doing". The next day I had guys ribbing me because the dude pissed and moaned all night saying that I front-ended him all day long. 🙄 Whatever. 🤷‍♂️
  2. See ! 😂 "And other one down, and another one down, another one bites the dust, Hey....."
  3. Here is some interesting info.....if interested.
  4. I bet it is....but after 9 bow kills I never got to see it. I love(d) archery and really miss it at times, but bowhunting just isn't for me anymore. When they stopped having 3D shoots around here I pretty much quit bowhunting. Then after the tornado ate all of my archery stuff I took the insurance payoff and just never replaced any of it. Guess you could say I got out clean. 🙂👍 I've never even shot a carbon shaft. It was still all Easton aluminum shafts and overdraws when I gave it up.
  5. Nope, I've always went back home (or the truck) for awhile, had a sandwich, and killed some time before pushing them. Except for the instances when they went down like a sack of potatoes right where they were shot. Which has been EVERY time with a .30 cal or bigger. A hit with a 12ga.slug will fold one up like a dead quail everytime. So you can't convince ME that size of projectile doesn't matter. "Tracking" is a bowhunting thing. If I'm gun hunting I don't wanna do any tracking !
  6. I can do even better than that...... As soon as the grass starts growing I can get ya pics of one, and a date with the other. Moderator's, don't sleep.....cuz it's comin' ! Pete's request. 😁
  7. I'll leave Terrierman to do her diagnosis, since he is better at it than I am. 🙂 Surprisingly enough we only have 2 female case studies here in Gravi. One mows her yard topless, but only for her neighbors benefit....she turns her back to the road when a car goes by. And the other likes to sunbathe nude right next to the highway. Neither are heavily tatted or pierced.
  8. Why would you not care about her reason...... but care about whether my guess is right or wrong ? You're a bit of a twisted individual. 😏
  9. It's something about that NFOW water, and women. Him and Justin both......get in a fight with a gal, and POOF, GONE. 😅 Hell, I've been here through TWO divorces ! 😋
  10. Not hard to kill, but I've had that familiar thought of....."Dang, I hope I can find this one"......more than once. And always when using fast/small caliber rounds. Everything I've shot with .30 up to shotgun slug size has collapsed immediately, although I can't claim the numbers some of you do. I've only killed 23 (I think) total with guns. None of them were exceptionally big. I've never not found a deer, but I don't like that feeling. I gave up bowhunting because of it. I did lose a Turkey once that was hit 6-8" low with a broadhead.
  11. I'm not a big fan of them either. I prefer that all of my personal outboards are as computer free as possible. Obviously my days in this business are numbered. 🙁 But that's ok, more time to fish suits me just fine. 👍
  12. Yeah, I used to have an infatuation with .243 and 6mm rifles. I loved the ballistics, but then I noticed that everything I hit (even though shot placement was good) ran off 100+ yards. Even coyotes. 🙄 Then one year I grabbed the ol' .30-06 and quickly realized that everything I hit was piled up 10 steps or less from where I hit it at. I like that! I don't mind doing a little range estimation if what I'm shooting at dies sooner. IMO .30 caliber rounds do a much better job of anchoring deer sized game.
  13. It's sure easy to get carried away. I could actually benefit from another tornado already. 🙄
  14. Just curious..... What's with the sudden infatuation with the 6.5 Creedmore round ? Are people just needing more exercise chasing hit deer ?
  15. Possibly 🙂 Let's hear your take on why a girl would decide to cover her body and face with tattoos and piercings, over a period of time.
  16. Who would believe that rough & tough outdoorsmen would be so elitist picky about their food ? 😏
  17. There was a time when sight-fishing was frowned upon heavily. Back in my bass club days I caught alot of hell for sight-fishing. There were several guys that would get all pissy and leave the weigh-in as soon as they saw me headed to the scales with a decent bag of fish. My, how times have changed. 🙄
  18. Your reading comprehension isn't that great, is it? 😏 You have to read every word in a sentence to understand the meaning or implication. You jumped right past the words "likely", and "probably". 🙄
  19. I get it 👍 I have customers that bring their dogs by and I always ask first.....if I don't already know. I can't give Orion bones of any kind because the idiot swallows them whole, then 2 hours later he's yakking all over the place. Raemi dumped the juice bucket from the Pit Boss in the driveway once, and Orion immediately went out there and started swallowing gravel. 🙄 I mean Good Grief !!! If they were kids they'd be in Juvenile Detention.
  20. That should have thrown up a flag when the trouble codes were pulled..... but ok. Glad you got it straightened out. 👍
  21. I get alot of practice watching Phil and Blake's OneCast. FF through all the BS so I can see the fish catches, and check on Jackson. 🙂 He's looking a little thin these days BTW, I'm pretty sure he needs a plate of pork chops. 👍
  22. Somebody teach this guy about the PAUSE button, and the REWIND button. 🙂
  23. That is NOT an answer to the riddle. 😁
  24. Conversation is likely what she craved. She has spent alot of time bored, and is always lacking enough attention to satisfy her. She cry's inside from spending too much time feeling like nothing special. That's probably why.
  25. Yeah there's that..... but I gathered by reading one of your posts the other day that you are mostly swinging across some current. You don't need a streamer that pushes alot of water when doing that. Matter of fact you're better off, in those conditions, with one that doesn't.
