Wool socks on first, (I pretty much wear wool socks anytime I'm fishing Taney...) then long johns, then a thick pair of socks, then fleece or flannel jammy pants. I prefer the unicorn ones... Then jeans.
As Marty mentioned make sure you take care of the top half. Water is warmer than the air this time of year. Just get out there and if layered right will keep lower half plenty warm. Top half I use a mix of layers and hoodies depending on the actual temps.
