  1. I went with the stealth fighter. It's parked right in my front yard. No one even knows it's there.
  2. What were you using on the crappie? Jigs? minnows? Thought I would give it a try tomorrow.
  3. Really nice Trevor. Looking forward to hopefully dragging one in myself like that someday.
  4. I would think that would be familiar territory for you... lol
  5. I didn't enter because I felt it would have been unfair to others. Me being such a stick and all. Yuk, Yuk, Yuk,,, Seriously, I thought it was a fun Ideal. Like others, I'm just can't do holiday weekends on the lake, plus we had other things going on.
  6. That's is always the way I look at it. But I do have concerns about living on the south pole. That analogy just won't hunt...
  7. May sure it's a long rope Jeff. That sounds like one of those trying to pick up a turd by the clean end situations.
  8. Yea we getting quite the toad strangler.Looks like another week of it. I don't know which one of you guys pissed God off. Although I have my suspicions, But thanks!!!
  9. I wouldn't imagine his pants leg fared much better...😁
  10. Yea I never checked it out. To busy working all the time. Wah!!! But I heard it was pretty pricey. But there is a lot of big fish pitts in that area.
  11. When I was working. Part of my territory ran through a lot of those strip pits in southeast Kansas. I can remember many years ago we had a crew working on the KCS and BNSF crossing at Arcadia. One of them had his kids snoopy pole or something similar with him and a couple of crappie jigs. He end bring in a four or five pound large mouth while he was eating lunch. Anyone hear of a commercial pitt named Sportsman Paradise? My tracks ran right along it.
  12. An integral thread woven into the fabric of the Beaver has fallen. Eddie Haskell was an important part of what made the Beaver the man he is today. Another piece of Americana has fallen and hit the floor of life. All Hail Eddie Haskell... Hail Eddie. All Hail the Beaver... Hail Beav!!!
  13. Great, now why I'm out there pretending to fish. All I'll think about is my truck. lol
  14. I am the same way Mitch. That's on a bait caster. But on on the spinning real, I cast with the right hand and real with the left. I don't switch hands. I don't even think about either action. I bet others do that as well.
  15. I could only accomplish that under the stress of being under the influence of a Cranial-Rectal inversion. Of which I am chronic.
  16. Wait until the flies find out the bees got free housing!
  17. That's the kind of crap that happens when your boss is a computer
  18. I have always wanted to fish Alaska, or up in Canada. If anyone else would like to do that, and wanted to team up with someone and make that trip when we get to where we can. I would open to working on a trip. My prison therapist said the medication seems to be working and I am relatively safe now.
  19. I believe that as well. My wife is always asking why she gets colds and sick on occasion and I almost never do. I tell her, it's because she didn't eat enough dirt when she was a kid. of course I mean it in jest. But I think there is a hint of truth to it.
  20. Weren't those the original ned trd?
  21. Love them Walleye. Good for you buddy!
  22. I don't know what it is, but with that kind of savings. I want one!!!
  23. Next week, if the forecast holds to some degree. Will be the polar opposite of this week. I am so ready for it. Should have the panoptix ready for it's maiden voyage. Looking forward to working with it. Been a busy spring with a lot of unfavorable weather. Haven't got out for a couple of weeks and we are out of fish. Ready to go!!!
