Well, I have nothing to add, you guys covered it all. Always fun to read a thread like this. With all of us out there, throwing all kinds of stuff, it makes me wonder how many times on average a bass gets caught and released during it's life on Table Rock?

I haven't been able to see much either, but today the live coverage starts and we should be able to see what they are slinging. Good to see McClelland move up, I'm with you on seeing him sack 30 lbs. and move into contention.

The numbers game was back on today. Mainly catching fish off points and a few rocky ledges. The fish were a little deeper today, most coming from 10-20 FOW. I caught 6 or 7 on a Menace Grub/Swing jig, and close to 40 on the 1/8 oz PBJ Ned. Don't know exactly how many keeper sized, but probably 12-15. Nothing over 3 lbs. Mostly spots, maybe 10 LM's and one smallie. Really paid to bounce points today, whether they were gravel, rock, or rock/timber. If they are there, usually you'll get one within the first 5 casts. And if you get one, there are more there. Keep fishing until the bites stop. Spent some time talking to Bo from Nutech a while back about Texas rigging. Took some of his advice and used it on some swing jig modifications. I clipped the EWG hooks off some of my swing jigs, added a split ring, and attached a 60 degree 3/0 Mustad jig hook. I add a hitchhiker to the hook eye, twist the Menace Grub onto the hitchhiker, then Texpose the hook point. When you get a bite, this prevents the fish from pulling the plastic down onto the hook bend and, at least today, gave me a much better hook up ratio than I was having using an EWG. Didn't catch a lot of Menace Grub fish today, but what bites I got, I converted to fish in the boat (still missed a couple, but it was better than I was doing earlier this week). Best bite was from 11 AM to 2 PM. Lots of boats out there today, I think tomorrow if you plan on fishing you'd better bring your own brush pile. Surface temps 57-59. water is murky but very fishable.

Ike had another big day today - 28 Lbs. But not a dominating lead.

Our buddy Iaconelli is in the Basstrak lead with 27 and change. I thought that Guntersville might be a little overdone from all the pressure it has gotten the last few years, but looks like they are sacking them today.

Erhler already has 5 for 18 lbs. according to Basstrak.

Not a good idea to dump them at the ramp for sure. I imagine that is at that gravel launch in PC? Vultures may get them, but it's not good to have vultures hanging around a place where you are parked, nothing worse than coming back to a vehicle covered with vulture crap.

That's what I was doing a couple of weeks ago, drag the wobbler, get what bites I could, then follow up with the Ned.

Yeah, did the same thing when I was young, and into middle age. Used to get burned pretty good.

I can't find one - spent 6 hours last night driving around looking for one, had lots of adventures along the way. Back to the Buff - No one should think because I wear one that I LIKE wearing one. I had a couple of pre-cancerous spots removed from my lips last year, you can put sun screen on your lips and/or use chapstick type screens. But, it comes right off. I can cover my lips with the Buff and keep the sun off. Laugh if you want, but melanoma is a bad way to go.

Nice mess, and a couple of nice redears. Love those redears, might be time to get some red worms and chase them. Just so hard to put down the bass rods...

Great report! I might be out Friday myself, but probably will be up the White river channel. Looks like it will be a great day as far as weather.
