  1. A politicians main job is procuring money for their own pet projects that get them re elected, they care less about the cause or where the money comes from. And of course, lining their pockets along the way. No such thing as a middle class Congressman or Judge. I have been a fan of term limits for almost all of my life. But there never seems to be any of the movement toward term limits in Congress and the House. I would even extend it to the Supreme Court. The jobs should not be life long careers. Wrench, a Police Officer has to deal with the worst scum on a daily basis. The druggies, rapists, thieves, child molesters, and all of the petty criminals. And, they have to deal with restraint while doing it. If it were me, I personally would just stomp the crap out of most of them and put them out of our misery, but the police bring them in for justice and enter them into our judicial system. They do it for low pay, abuse their bodies physically while doing it not covered under OSHA safety rules, have to wear a ton of gear, and maintain a public image while doing it. Its not an easy job. And it a deadly job, they die in the line of duty all of the time.
  2. Fools rush in to save us.
  3. Careful, animals tend to learn things. Humans will never learn, we are a doomed species. We voted for a man, not a politician. And he has made the country great again, despite all of the challenging times and novel ideas. He may be changing the course and even his party still fights him.

It might have just got done lickin its butt. Just saying, I am not one to sleep with the beasts. I grew up on the farm, animals stayed outside. But, looks like you are doing good. Treatments going well?
  5. Why do we have "special interest" groups anyway if the goal is to be "all treated equal"???
  6. The rainbow one is more confusing now. They are using the "rainbow" to signify something special about Covid now, not gays. I am sure the gays will protest soon. Black history month has bled over into June which is their month because of Floyd. They have lost their time to shine. These are "challenging times" we need a new "novel' idea. How about the one where "All Men are Created Equal"? Nobody is special, we are all the same under God, and have no special interest groups based on color of the skin or sexual preference??
  7. Covid has made many more fishermen and given them lots more time to pursue them. I wonder if MDC will adjust their models on catch and keep this year? There has to be more fish in the freezers than ever. Fishing tackle sold out every where, trolling motors, fish finders, boat stuff, and kayaks. People are staying close this year and outdoors in droves. I got lucky, my new boat runs shallower than the Water Patrol this weekend. He came up river sniffing around and could not run the shoal I was parked on in a cove enjoying watching the grandkid enjoy the river I grew up on. We were legal, but why bother us when you have a full lake of idiots below. We had the river to ourselves Sunday.
  8. If this is what the gulf states have in the summer, I never want to visit. Its like 110 % humidity and 25 mph winds. Air so thick you can cut with a knife.
  9. Hmmm, never thought of doing that with a chatter bait. That looks really fishy.
  10. The Civil War had its issues. Different times back then. Slavery exists now, only its called food stamps, welfare, and all of the perks that goes with it. And the people that make the payments get tired of seeing it go to waste.
  11. Nice report. I need to get back up there sometime. Does the water ever clear up any?
  12. St Louis is a fun town. I have enjoyed its culture and people most of my life. Used to spend summers up there as a kid and have worked there from time to time. There have always been bad areas. But now they can pop up anywhere.
  13. How far did they vine out? Might be a good way to grow spaghetti squash out of a pot and let it run into the yard.
  14. I squeezed a red ear a little too hard today, eggs shot out all over the boat, my pants, and tackle. They were small, but the blue gills were ok. Had a mess with some hand cut fries, hushpuppies, and fresh corn on cob.
  15. Never tried a melon in a pot, how does that work out?
  16. Had one poppin in and out of the shed a few weeks back while the door was open. I hope he came out.
  17. It positively makes me stay away from certain parts of St. Louis.
  18. Those helpers you hired must be leading you in a path of leisure around your shop!!
  19. But these are challenging times. Tone has changed, other things have passed. Lets all get along and prosper.
  20. All depends on the rain. Black can come up fast and run down fast. Assume its next week. Lot of rain coming down the pipes here too.
  21. Welcome to the B O A T club. Every time you take it out, break out another thousand. CONGRATS. I hope....
  22. Jack booted thug. Let it run and have some fun.
  23. Jack Booted Thugs have been after civilians for years under other administrations. Waco, Cliven Bundy, Evian Gonzales. Big raids by Copism that have led to other than African American deaths. No burning riots occurred for that. But I think they burned most of them out of Waco, or the compound caught fire. Like every organization, there are those that need to be removed.
  24. New TV and Nike shoes..
