  1. What are they and where is the lake?
  2. My favorite ramp is the COE ramp closest to the area that I plan to fish. They only cost the one time annual pass rate.
  3. My neighbor and I fished there today. We fished a lot of baits and all that worked was shaky. Nothing else got bit except for a channel cat on a Keitech. There were few bites and no rhyme or reason for the location of the fish. The big deal was a swag in a cove that gave up 3. Some were on points. Some were in coves. Some were on bluff ledges. We boated 13 with 11 being lmd and 2 spots. We had 3 for sure keepers and some maybes. We only boated 13. The air was 70-89° and the water 80-85°. Tough sweaty day.
  4. That’s some nice looking fish there pard.
  5. Lookin good.
  6. Call some marinas or big resorts on the lakes you like and see what they have.
  7. That’s what keeps those kids wanting to come back. Good for you guys. About those fat bellies, do you think full of groceries or not fully spawned yet?
  8. None are complete. The best I have found is Verizon, but it is sketchy around the mile long bridge and on Hwy 215 between Y and 245.
  9. I hope they do work for you. Thanks for buying them. Post a pic when you get them mounted. Here’s what my replacements look like.
  10. It was a nice morning to be out. The holiday boat traffic was gone. We saw one skier and no bow riders burning gas. Thanks again for the trip.
  11. Maybe Wrench on here or Kelly at Ulrich Marine in Branson West or Pat at Tri Lakes Marine in Spokane. You might also sell it and buy a loose motor from Bass Pro.
  12. Yes I do.
  13. They are 245/45R18. I have 5 of them. 3 are near new, another has good tread and one not so much. Rims included. I want $300 for the lot.
  14. Two of my friends had their trucks vandalized on that lot a few years ago.
  15. The one east of the marina.
  16. And there were 2 guys fishing in them when we arrived.
  17. The water is too dingy to see fry. I have seen some 4’ gar and mega carp up the river.
  18. We could have but I don’t have that stuff anymore. I sold it to a guy in Walnut Grove.
  19. Jeff joined me yesterday. We hit the water at 06:00 and fished up river until noon. We caught bass on top water and wake baits early then jigs, swim baits and worms. I didn’t count keepers cause we didn’t measure any. I think that I may have had 1 or 2. I don’t know about Jeff. Most everywhere the water was 75°. We wound up with 47 bass most of which were spots. I doubt any were deeper than 10’. I know some were as shallow as 3’.
  20. Thanks for the report. I’m glad to see you back on that lake.
  21. Some nice brown fish Jeff. Your friend has a good striper. Was it on top water?
  22. I have no clue what is going on. I guess we need to launch at the SK bridge and follow Babler around.
  23. Flat at the bridge looks like the inside of a butterfinger candy bar. James actually looks clearer than the last time I was down there. Water temps on my birds were 74° to 77°.
  24. Jeff joined me this morning. We started around 06:00 and fished until 12:15. We covered a lot of water and threw a lot of baits. We never really could pattern them. It seemed like there was one every half mile no matter what kind of bank. The closest we came was points but not many of them. As best as I remember swim baits and jigs were what caught fish. We hoped for a top water bite but only had 1 on a spook. Jeff whipped me again. I had 3 non keepers. He had 6 bass including a 4# lmb and a keeper mean mouth and a keeper greenie. He also had 2 keeper crappie and a flathead.
  25. Thanks. If we get the predicted rain tonight I bet it may be stained all over. Even the big coves and creeks may be murky. I guess we will find out in the morning.
