Yes it is. I remember all of those young guys out on the parade ground when we went to our grandson’s graduation from officers candidate school in Quantico. It was quite a sight.
Good news. I just got a call from my daughter. Her test results are good the fever has been gone for 2 days. The consulting panel of doctors released her around 4 pm. She is back home.
Chemo is rough stuff. My daughter has been taking it for 12 weeks. They switched it last week to a new kind and it landed her in the hospital. She’s been there a week having all kinds of fluids and several units of blood. Cancer is awful.
Good to hear from you. I’m glad you got back on Stockton. Those are a couple of beautiful fish. I’m heading to Hartley in a couple of hours. I’m planning to fish from there to the dam. Ned, jig and shaky will be my primary offerings.
Jeff and I met at 07:00. We fished a couple of close places and had one bass. We headed up river and fished to near Carrs. I had caught one on a Ned and Jeff had 2 on a swim bait. We got tired of no bites and took off down stream. We wound up in Piney where we caught 2 keeper lmb and 1 crappie. It was a very slow bite day. The water was dingy and 46° to 51°. The wind was sw at 5-15. All in all it was tough today.
Where are you located? Would a camper run and setup then a boat run work. A couple of friends of mine did that for years. I was fortunate in that my wife could pull the boat while I pulled the 5th wheeler.
Interesting. I didn’t know that Tim was still around. I haven’t seen him in years, since I had one of his boats on consignment.
I’ll bring some next time we go and you can show me how to catch fish on them.
