  1. They have been running Seaguar red every spring but I haven’t seen it so far this year.
  2. I have some Pline original that is close to 10 years old and is as good as the day I bought it. It is kept in a bait bag in the garage.
  3. Wrench gave you that information.
  4. I haven’t seen one that size in a long time. congrats
  5. I don’t normally fish it but we were finding a few spots hanging around rocky/gravely points. Some of the spots are close to spawning. They are really getting big bellies.
  6. I had one shipped USPS. The package was shaped like a banana but the rod was not broken.
  7. We didn’t do any creeks, just bluff ends and cuts. The only cove we fished was School House Hollow. It gave up 3 on cranks. The first cut had active fish. We boated 15 spots and lmb from it. Nothing would hit a spinnerbait. I think that I will go north looking for some eaters. Spoony we even caught point fish in Buzzard which is a rarity for me.

    New Doctor

If you were to have rotator cuff surgery it isn’t simple. My daughter had it and had to wear a sling and do everything one handed for 6 months.
  9. There is a ramp in Cape Fair at the Flat Creek Resort and Restaurant.
  10. No, we went down. We fished between Cape and Piney. We caught fish every place we stopped. We were looking for crank fish but they were scarce. Once we threw a Zero we couldn’t put them down and go back to cranking.
  11. I found 50° at Rouark yesterday.
  12. Stained and off colored water warms up faster than that clear water. Even Stockton was 50° yesterday.
  13. Lots of people off work today. Trucks and boats everywhere. Tanic acid all over the place. Water temps 53-57°. They bit pretty good.
  14. I don’t know of any except for possibly a custom by someone like Sean Collins and that would be pricey. You might get a mold similar to what you want and modify it.

  16. Thanks Griz but I have 350 of them. I got 50 with the mold order and had Barlow's put me on hold for an additional 300 when they became available. About the time I got them the fish quit the Ned for me. I plan to give them a workout later on. I doubt I will get completely away from the original as I bought 1000 hooks and 2 molds for them.
  17. I decided to make up a few and give them a try as it gets closer to the spawn.
  18. Thanks for the replies. I have several gallons of plastisol and a lot of time on my hands. I just might make up some as I will soon be going to Stockton a lot more than Table Rock.
  19. When you say big jig head is that fishing the deep like a regular bass jig or are you stirring up silt like a craw might? What time of the year is that?
  20. You might get a single buyer from a mom and pop shop. I talked to a guy at Lebanon who had bought over 300 reels at the BPS outlet for resale in his shop.
  21. Is that the new mold with the Victory hooks?
  22. When and how does one fish them? I don't use them but might if I new when where and how they work. I have lots of Gary Yamamoto hula grub skirts and a friend who no longer fishes with me talked me into buying a twin tail grub mold. All of that stuff is gathering dust as I can't get myself to use them instead of a Zero or a TRD.

    Ozark

About the same as Warsaw except no lake.
  24. No matter what you do it will change every few months to a year. That is what we do…planned obsolescence.

    Cape Fair

I had hoped for a bit of clearing. Checking the weather Cape Fair is supposed to be warmer with less wind than that pond to the north. So I guess I’ll try it.
