Just made myself a grilled cheese with ham. There is some magic in Muenster cheese. Makes a grilled sandwich great! Perfect melt and pull.

Love Muenster in a grilled cheese. One of my favorites is with deli roast beef and a few strips of roasted Anaheim chili. I’ve even put Muenster on pizza a time or two.

Yesterday’s breakfast was a Dutch baby with strawberries and A little maple syrup.

Real maple syrup in Grade A form cannot be beat. I use it a a sweetener in BBQ sauce, marinades, and salad dressings.

Funny you should mention that. Been toying with the idea of adding a bit to my BBQ sauce.

Many years ago the family went out for dinner and the kids ordered chocolate milk shakes as a treat for dessert. I tasted it and was blown away. Couldn’t figure out what was going on in there. Went to the counter and asked the guy. He said maple syrup. Didn’t taste maple syrup, it was just enough to add something good. That’s what I’m thinking with BBQ sauce.

Trust me, try it.

So when you ask for chicken fingers in my house, this is what you get!

we've eaten chicken feet. The flavor is fine. It's  the texture that keeps me from eating them again. Oh and I see where our chickens walk. Don't think that you could ever get them clean enough to eat 🙄.

These are now my wife's goto breakfast. Easier that regular pancakes or crepes since you just make one. can be topped with just about anything, fruits, eggs and cheese, etc., and be good
