Fish tacos from the bergall and ling from our NJ trip. Pickled red onion, mango, Mexican crema mixed with sour cream, garlic powder, and lime juice. Cotija cheese and cilantro. Not sure why the photo was so yellow. Tasted great.20220228_175202.jpg

Since the surf and turf has a solid grip on top end food I will anchor the low end. Wife not feeling well so I fixed her some tomato soup.  Then raided the fridge to see what I would be eating.  Turns out it includes some salmon mixed with a couple whipped up eggs to make a sort of omlette, a left over blueberry pancake, some leftover little smokies, and a few pieces of leftover general tso chicken chunks.  Will see how it sets about midnight.
