Was in a bit of a time crunch for it so it was faster and hotter which gave it a darker color. All wrapped up in foil in a cooler now and man do it smell good. The meatloaf has ketchup, yellow mustard, worcestershire sauce, roasted garlic panko bread crumbs, fresh garlic, sauteed onion and orange bell pepper. And venison.
