Well I didn't even think about a finished pic for the first batch but here is the smaller second one.  Was in a bit of a time crunch for it so it was faster and hotter which gave it a darker color.  All wrapped up in foil in a cooler now and man do it smell good.

Smoked up a poor man's brisket a couple weeks ago---Chuck roast. The wife said it was better than my last brisket.

I've been remiss lately.  Tonight is a venison mini meatloaf and some sweet peas.  The meatloaf has ketchup, yellow mustard, worcestershire sauce, roasted garlic panko bread crumbs, fresh garlic, sauteed onion and orange bell pepper.  And venison.  Doing it in a homemade foil pan on the egg.
