Johnsfolly Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 My Betterhalf made a crock pot bourbon chicken recipe using chicken thighs. Served it with rice and store bought potstickers.
snagged in outlet 3 Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 Boneless skinless chicken thighs rolled up and put one in each spot in a cupcake pan with a tab of butter in each. Then smoked to perfection!!! Daryk Campbell Sr and Gavin 2
DADAKOTA Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 Cured some skin on mallard breasts and then cold smoked them over hickory/apple/cherry for about 3 hours. Cooled, wrapped in plastic wrap, and put in the fridge for a couple days. The result was seriously tasty duck bacon. BilletHead, MOPanfisher, tho1mas and 5 others 8

snagged in outlet 3 Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 Yep that's where I got it. It is unbelievable how good it is that way. You won't be using your cupcake pan again though. Unless you liked smoke flavor cupcakes. Which are probably better than peas BilletHead 1
Johnsfolly Posted January 4, 2018 Posted January 4, 2018 We like all kinds of peas. Fresh sugar peas are our favorites followed by snow peas. Frozen peas can be tricky. I seem to always looking over my shoulder as I am eating frozen peas☺.
Deadstream Posted January 4, 2018 Posted January 4, 2018 Macaroni & Cheese with frozen peas? One of my favorites.
ness Posted January 4, 2018 Author Posted January 4, 2018 Over at a friends house last night. She cooked up a great meal of roasted pork loin, potatoes, asparagus and green beans. Simple stuff made and seasoned well = good eats! Chief Grey Bear, tho1mas, KLiK and 3 others 6 John
