My buddy loves spam his spam! The flavor profile on skewers with pineapples works but the texture is not the best. Crispy sweat, mixed with crispy salty & fatty does taste good. Love liverwurst. G&W Hausmacher is great.. Usually do for cooler foraging. Natural casing, contents are spreadable or get a spoon and go to town. Sure that the stuff from Port A was good.

Liverwurst out of the round sausage like packaging, sliced thick, on white bread with mayo - good stuff!

I like it best on a saltine, salt side down, thin slice red onion.

Or, saltine, salt side down, dollop of hot sauce, slice of cheese.

The stuff from Port A was in a half pint jar with the fat poured around it as a seal.  It was awesome, a meatier texture than what is in the stores.  Well spiced too.

Chili cheese nachos with guacamole and pico de gallo. The only store bought item are the tortilla chips.

I love pimiento cheese, and somebody posted a while back about grilled pimiento cheese sandwiches, which I thought sounded delicious.

Well, I set about making my own pimiento cheese and grilling it. Doesn’t that sound and look delicious???

Well, that’s the second plate—I wanted this to look as good as it would surely taste. Here’s the first plate:

The pimiento cheese was simply mayo, cheese and pimentos. It needed something, so I added some salt, more pimiento and some Dijon. Here’s the end result:

Anybody got a fix for this disaster?
