rps Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 Good morning all. I just put a heavily salted and peppered boneless pork loin in the refrigerator to air brine for a bit. This afternoon it will go into a 137 degree sous vide bath. I will sear it just before serving. I plan to roast small potatoes and saute burst cherry tomatoes with diced zucchini for side dishes. I have also prepped for tomorrow's meal, slow cooker vegetable beef and barley soup. After my nap I may have to bake some bread. If the pork looks good I will put up pictures. snagged in outlet 3 1
Terrierman Posted March 3, 2019 Posted March 3, 2019 I did a pretty righteous tri tip yesterday. Fire only. Applewood smoked. It was real pretty when I sliced it - that just right dark pink and very juicy. Had Italian green beans and garlic mashed potatoes for sides.
