MOPanfisher Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 After a hectic week that involved losing our 12 yr old Border Collie, I finally got to do something photo worthy. 1 inch this pork chops on the grill. Also picked up a few beets that are currently being cooked, peeled and sliced with some butter. Wife even saved the greens and chopped them, sautéing them with some bacon and onions. And yes there are 3 pieces of trimmed off back bat crispier up on the grill as well. Am in hog heaven tonight. ness, Gavin, Daryk Campbell Sr and 1 other 4

If you don't give than a job they will make their own, and ya may not like what they choose. Trying to find her a new one, but no luck so far, she is being picky. Am gonna drop a couple beef roasts into the smoker tomorrow morning for some bbq beef for sunday supper with friends. Gavin 1

It's just hard when I'm traveling for work and I have been doing a bunch of that lately. If you go to a restaurant it's usually pretty simple but I hate going out to eat alone. I'm not starving by any means but I sure could use some pasta (with peas please), some bread, and about a half dozen orders of french fries!!! how's your keto going? I've been doing it since Jan 3rd and I'm down 87.4 pounds so far. started at 323.8 and this morning I was 236.4. It's more of a low carb than keto. I don't believe in the tons of fat stuff, I just cut the crap out and eat meat and green veggies mainly. I don't miss much at all to be honest and feel good. You should see the before and after pics, it's crazy. Keep it up if your doing it, it works and it's life changing! snagged in outlet 3, Johnsfolly and BilletHead 3

I’m waiting on the official weight from the doctor next week but I’m a ways behind you. This week has been bad for me. Spent the week with 20 store managers. We eat, we train, we eat, we train, go to dinner, have a few beers, and then repeat the next day. Hard to stick with it when I try so hard to make sure they are well fed but it’s only a temporary setback. snagged in outlet 3 1
