One of our store managers buys big slabs of meat at Sams and then dry ages it himself. I think he said he usually gets 12 thick steaks out of it. I just know that the times I have been fortunate to have some it’s been the best steaks I have ever had. The guy can absolutely cook. I can get all the details if you guys are interested.

Shrimp marinated in some olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper done on the grill. Fried green tomatoes-2/1 flour/cornmeal, salt, cayenne. Flour/egg/flour dredge. Roasted taters and rosemary. Ketchup, mayonnaise and tobacco sauce. Plate coulda used some color but it all tasted pretty good.

Playing with a recipe I have tried before. A few changes, though. Cheesy cauliflower, bacon, and mushroom sauce over cheese ravioli. And a avocado with tomatoes and balsamic.

I like Beechnut.

I won't say that at camp or such places I haven't gotten a little baccy juice or cigar ashes in some things but have never seen it listed as an actual ingredient.
