Compared to the beautiful posts tonight, this is simple shrimp stir fry.

Last few days meals, all pre-Googled for your convenience 😁

Shepherd’s Pie. Easy recipe with Pioneer brown gravy, rosemary and Guinness. Kathy upped it with ho’made mashed potatoes. 

Ham, cheese and onion quiche. Pre-made shell, Colby jack, mozz  

Ham steak, baked sweet potato, green beans.

I don’t think anyone here is tossing around fancy words trying to impress anybody. Certainly not me. It’s more about sharing what we’re up to in the kitchen and learning. No need to dumb things down. I often end up Googling after reading this thread. 

Folks have varied knowledge, tastes, experience and backgrounds. I think it makes this thread interesting and fun. 

Now I’m gonna go microwave a couple of White Castles and get back to the movie.
