Is it already time for this argument again. Not sure why people always have their panties in a wad because they don't get specifics. It's a report posted by a user that is giving all the information that they want to give. If that's not good enough then I guess you are out of luck.

Not everyplace can be as transparent as the White House.

If your that worried about your spots or baits or "meat hunters"  I'd suggest not posting any reports or pictures, unless of course you just wanna brag about how awesome you are but not post any actual help.

That's not what Champ meant and I don't believe anyone here has ever posted pics of fish to be braggadocious. People just sharing their outing with the forum. I know I love seeing pics of other's success. Then again I am a picture book kinda guy and don't like all the letter and words getting in the way. Champ has been one of the top contributors to this forum for YEARS and I certainly wouldn't want him to stop posting reports or pics. Reports and pics can be as detailed or as ambiguous as the member is willing to share. I am fine with either and certainly don't blame anyone for at least keeping A LITTLE to themselves.

Heck, I'm glad that Alex doesn't get specific on what crank he is using.  Saves me money.  Not too mention the frustration that happens when I drive over to Hook, Line, and Sinker, pull into the parking lot, (just in time to see Champ pulling out with a big smile on his face), walk into the store, and find that crank bait "X" is sold out.

Just go buy every Strike King color in the 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10XD models and you should be covered.

I'm not gonna stop posting over one misinformed person. I will continue to post general information that hopefully will point fellow OAFers in the right direction. Furthermore, the offer I made long ago still stands ... if anyone wants more specific info, they can PM me and I'll be happy to oblige anyone except known knifers. A lot of you guys have done that and can testify that in most cases, I'll tell everything I know of the current conditions.

Hmm, did I ask an inappropriate question? - I thought that is what this forum is for - to share info to help others (I needed more to understand) - wasn't asking for GPS coordinates - I always give complete details in my reports:excl:

i was thinking that alex did give you specifics.  all over fish would mean to  me that there was not any pattern or specific anything to where the bass came from.  it was one of those days that one came from the back end of a cove, one from a main lake bluff, and one from a pea gravel flat.  as alex stated, it was just put the trolling motor down and cover water.
