When the Whopper Plopper craze hit last year and every store/bait shop was out of them I gave up! So I thought this year I would get a head start befoe they are hard  to get again and buy 2 or 3 of them. So on Table Rock what would you guys say are the best 3 or 4 colors? I was leaning towards Munky-Butt, I know it, ????????????????????????????

I'm not sure there is a best color. Just grab one that vaguely resembles a baitfish and go for it

I went to a fishing show yesterday and actually saw a bigger 190 size they make.  I'm guessing that's for musky?

I saw them all over the place in STL yesterday.  Collinsville show had them all over the place.  I ran into them at Cabelas or Bass Pro too.

Not quite sold on them.  I have used some of the River to Sea products that work well.  But don't know about that one.

Only saw one place selling them cheaper than the standard $12.99/$16.99 at the Colinsville show and they were discounting .50/1.00 respectively.  I picked up a little Monkey Butt one.

Big predators of all sorts. But it was a muskie bait first.

I was at the Collinsville Show as well yesterday. Only went home with some "Ultimate Shad's" that were $5 for a few of them. They are similar to the banjo minnow as you fish them weightless and nose/head hook them. Figured I'd give a local STL'ien some love and donate. Could work okay in the dying shad seasons. Might throw it when I have the jerkbaits out. Something different anyhow.

One booth had the BuCoo SR's on sale for $79.99 and I fiddled with them. REALLY wanted to get one but the wife gave me the Lorena Bobbitt eyes and I had to put it back on the rack.

Played around with the new LiveTarget Gizzard Shad with the Huddleston style tail. Pretty neat little bait but kinda pricey for what it is.
