I want to know what lake this is where there are so many fish stacked like that.

That is Matt Allen and his buddy Tim Little that make up the "Tactical Bassin'" team. They have, in my opinion, the best bass fishing videos in the country. They go so in depth and in detail from baits, gear, presentation, seasonal patterns, etc that it is just incredible. I believe they guide on Clear Lake in CA and are well versed in the CA Delta fisheries. That video is from a local CA lake that I don't believe they name (and probably for good reason).

Do you guys know what make and model of camera he may be using - he refers to it as a ProGo but my googling does not find such a camera (I find ProGo cameras used by scuba divers but not the kind you use underwater from a boat)

Hey Ab, thanks for posting this.  I'd never heard of these guys but, thanks to you, I might have just found the solution for my wintertime fishing show needs!  I just watched the video on rods and reels and the jerk bait episode and I am beyond thrilled to say that I never heard a single, "bro", "bruh", "boi" or "dude" and I can't remember the last time I saw somebody doing a fishing show wearing a plaid flannel shirt!!  And with NO LOGOS!  Priceless.

Not a single scream or yell and nobody fell to the bottom of the boat flopping around like someone having a drunken seizure or one of those paralyzed sheep whenever they missed a strike or lost a fish!

And the tackle segment was so redeeming (and I am certified irredeemable).  No brand loyalty, no infomercials, no trying sell anything as the best ever and one and ONLY way to catch those "finicky" bass in "extreme" conditions!

Guy didn't replenish every ounce of his stuff with new sponsor provided gear every year but, instead, said that he had accumulated his favorites over the "years"!

Amazing.

Good stuff and thanks again!

No problem. You summed up why I like them nicely. Just straight forward why they like stuff and why they use it. Sure most of it is Shimano and Loomis stuff...but hey they are both at the top of the spectrum in fishing gear for the most part. So it's warranted! But like you said they are not married to any brand. They also give info on "value buys" on gear. They just put out some videos over the holidays that covered some gear options for the budget fisherman ($100 reel, $100 rod ballpark price point). The deep clear lakes that they fish in CA are somewhat similar to TR so a lot of the info Matt and Tim divulge translates. Swimbaits, A-Rigs, Jerkbaits, Jigs, Spoons, Finesse, etc. info that they give you can take parts (if not all of it) and use it in your approach on TR. Great stuff.

The Tactical Bassin guys are awesome.  I they usually respond to any questions you have on their videos.  They really do a great job at breaking things down to help you catch fish.  Go subscribe to their YouTube channel, they post something every 2 or 3 days.
