Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted April 27, 2017 Root Admin Posted April 27, 2017 I know you Table Rock guys only watch this forum so you might not see my posting on the rain forecast. I was on a conference call with the NWS out of Springfield. "We are extremely confident" in the models they're seeing right now. I posted a forecast map last night that showed very little rain this weekend. I guess I don't watch these maps enough to know they can change at a moment's notice. This event could easily be the worse in the chain of lake's history. magicwormman, Muddy Water and Ben Gillispie 3
Quillback Posted April 27, 2017 Posted April 27, 2017 Wow, that is an ominous forecast. Might be a good time to get some groceries if you live in an area that is prone to flooding. Carl W and Muddy Water 2

Members JerryK Posted April 28, 2017 Members Posted April 28, 2017 We were visiting friends who live near the dam on Beaver Lake today. Their dock is already inaccessible due to high water. The FLW started today because of the forecast, they said. They said they haven't been releasing water into Table Rock. Hope it all turns out ok for everyone.
vernon Posted April 28, 2017 Posted April 28, 2017 Wow. I had been worried about fishing when we come back a week from Saturday. Now that's the least of my worries. Man, I hope all of you guys are gonna be OK. This is scary stuff. Hunter53, motoman, Carl W and 2 others 5 "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups."
