why would you want to put a boat in under the current conditions?floating debris is very dangerous.All tournaments on the lake due to take place on the weekend were cancelled by the Mo.water patrol.You might want to check with them to see if the lake has been closed to boating

Moonshine beach right by the dam, pretty steep might be open or Old 86 might work also

Just because you float it, doesn't mean you have to go hammer down. If you can get in, there will be fish to catch. Idle around and keep a bait wet.

There are guys out fishing this morning.  It is hard to believe. I have been here since the 80's and have never seen conditions any worse than they are now.  I am sure debris  is everywhere on the water.
