Special Thanks To @Ham for putting us on the fish in Norfork Saturday!

It was an awesome day for Myself and Friend who has just taken up trout fishing this year.
Ham was gracious enough to meet up on Saturday morning and run his boat.....needless to say it was pretty awesome! Rob and I each caught a Grand Slam!

All on the Zig Jig.. My Buddy caught his whole slam on Black\Chartreuse

Ham netted a ton of fish but that goes without saying... he was 1 brown short of having 3 Slams in the same boat (I think 3 might have been some sort of record)
Below are some pictures of a few of the fish.. of note is Ham's big fat Cuttthroat and a good Walleye as well as the parting shot it gave his finger!

All in all not a bad 3 day trip (Rained out Friday morning till about 1) we boated and released 100.. 99 trout and one smallmouth Thurs, Fri and Sat

Man, it was a Great trip!

I'm thrilled they each got a Slam and I think they both did it in under an hour. It's very satisfying to put guys on some fish. They were sandbagging pretty hard at first, but I saw through it pretty quickly. Eric kept me busy netting his fish and I think Rob had a Brown before I made a cast.

I would have loved to have caught a Brown, but it just didn't happen. Cutthroat kept getting in the way.

it was interesting to me that the fish catching slowed down a bunch as more and more boats got on the river. The last hour was very slow for all of us.

It was a good trip even if it was short. I had to entertain my bride in the afternoon so we came off the water around noon. Still we had time to put about 50 fish in the boat and I learned a couple of new spots.

looks like it was a great time fishing. I need to get back down that way for some exceptional fishing with you guys. Eric are you down there full time now? Ham is the Man on that water.

Eric it still looks like you have the stealth craft.

I agree with BH and N9BOW that Ham gives more than he gets back. Always willing to put guys on fish. And I do politely disagree with Ham. He is the man on that water! Great post guys and a great day on the water!

It was a terrific time this go round.. last trip the water was so high we struggled until we got off the white and over to Norfork.
Moving - Unfortunately not yet.. probably wont happen for a few years yet.. so in the mean time I try to steal away the time to get down there as much as possible.

I do still have the Stealthcraft. I've had a few lookers and one offer that wasnt where I wanted to be.
