I was told by a photographer that a truly great photo is all about preparation and timing...  Sometimes preparation isn't even as important as excellent timing.  This photo exemplifies that..  I wish I could remember which one of you it is in the photo?

I am sure a few of you might like some of my memories though,  I've been around a bit..  I am sure Chief and the rest will remember this one from a Shoal Creek float...

I'll never forget that day. 

He actually stopped me on a different section of Shoal when I was floating and apologized. We had a great conversation and shook hands.
