How tough are you?

MOpanfisher has it spot on.  Something about the radiation I absorbed has affected my perception of hot and cold.  Heat and sweat does not bother me now, but cold has a new meaning this year.  I used to enjoy sitting on the edge of an iced over hole dangling my waders in the water keeping the hole open waiting for ducks.  But losing a third of my body weight, zapped by the rays of chernobyl about the head and neck, and the other stuff that went on this year has changed me some, especially the sub teen stuff.  I was out on the jet boat a few weeks ago in the 20 degree weather without much complaint.

Its just too dam cold for anything right now.

Tried to go yesterday........Didn't work out so well.  might have to invest in an ice auger !

Thanks I will give it a try. 

The 1st time I went, 6 years ago, I tried night crawler pieces.we did alright, but the next time I used live waxed worms and haven't tried anything else since. I was wondering about minnows. Has anyone tried minnows for ice fishing?
