What are you listening to?

  So I'm not much downloading music since dial-up internet and Napster. There is a blast from awhile back. I still use CDs. Have not bought a new one in some time but am always looking. So last Saturday we were in town for supplies. One of the churches in town was having a fundraiser garage sale for a mission trip.  I sent Pat in to recon the sale and how crowded it was. She popped out and said hardly anyone and some CDs in there. So I went in. Score! 50 cents each and all some were mint. The Dave Matthews is a three disc set. All are greatest hits. Nora Jones will melt your heart.

Nice score. I still have a bunch of CDs and still acquire new ones. But all the music now is mostly unknowns. The best music you will ever hear is out there by someone you have never heard of. You just have to find it.

Nice score Marty. I saw the Who back in high school. Great concert. I complained to my friend about a guy following us on the NJ turnpike. I said I wish this clown would get off my butt. My buddy turned to see an actual clown driving behind us😉.

I heard a Nora Jones song on the radio on the way out to MO and said to Sue that I really like her but we didn't  have a CD. Will habe to keep my eyes open.

😂 That’s a classic. 
I saw the Stones, and the Moody blues back in high school. And believe it or not I saw Ali fight Larry Holmes at the old Arena in STL. It was broadcast on a big screen and the arena was packed. After Larry Holmes demolished him, a drunk guy got up in my face and said “It had to happen sooner of later!!”
